PROJECT SUPERVISION AND CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

We offer professional site supervision and construction management as an individual service or in conjunction with other service phases. Our experienced staff ensure smooth running of the project during the construction phase and that all the client’s requirements are met. Project supervision includes the permanent control and monitoring of the construction progress as well as the documentation of the work. We regularly check the quality of the work carried out and ensure that all regulations and standards are complied with. LEAN CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

LEAN is a method to minimise waste in projects and maximise efficiency. This is achieved by closely examining and optimising the processes in the construction project.
We work closely with you to develop the goals of the project in respect to the client’s vision and adapt the processes accordingly. Through a collaborative process, all stakeholders are brought together to achieve the optimised value creation process. We hold regular meetings to monitor the progress of the project and ensure that the processes are transparent, and all stakeholders are on the same page. This leads to better communication and collaboration and a strengthening of the team spirit.

By applying lean construction management, we can ensure the implementation of construction project remain within schedule and of high quality.

The ‘’Last Planner System’’ LPS has proven to be a very suitable LEAN tool. A short-cycle detailed production planning system that was developed mainly for the construction industry. It is divided into 4 processing areas:

– Overall process analysis

– Milestone phase plan

– 6 weeks preview

– Weekly evaluation / jourfixes

The individual processes/tasks are drawn up jointly by each individual participant (specialized planners/craft) on a post-it, according to the pull principle from right to left. This helps in visualising the processes, procedures, and dependencies. These tasks are validated, coordinated, and fixed in regular Lean meetings. An evaluation of the commitments made, and their fulfilment is presented by means of key performance Indicator, which are constantly optimised.

HEALTH AND SAFETY COORDINATION

Safety and health coordination in accordance with RAB30 (regulations of the German Federal Institute for Occupational Safety and Health) is an essential part of any construction project. It serves to ensure the health and safety of all those involved in the construction project. According to the Occupational Health and Safety Act, the building owner is obliged to comply with the safety standards on the construction site. If the client is not personally able to take over the monitoring function, there is the possibility to appoint a safety and health coordinator.

We attach great importance to a comprehensive implementation of the safety and health organisation. We ensure that all necessary measures are planned prior construction and continuously monitored during construction.

Hence, we train all those involved in the work and carry out regular on-site inspections. In addition, we contact the authorities as well as BGBau (Employer’s Liability Insurance Association for the Construction industry) and notify the construction measures in good time. From the start of the project, we advise you, your architects and specialist planners on safety-related topics like roof safety. While at the end of your construction project, we handover the full documentation for subsequent work with corresponding safety instructions to you.

By integrating health and safety coordination into the planning process at an early stage, potential risks can be identified and minimised. Our experience and expertise in the RAB30 safety regulations guarantee safe and healthy construction that meets the high standards of quality and safety.

ROOF SAFETY

Roof renovation and roof safety are important issues that should be considered by every building owner. As the operator of a property and facility, you have an obligation to safely construct and provide maintenance areas and fall hazard areas on roof surfaces. In addition, a regular roof inspection can identify and prevent potential hazards before they become major problems.

A risk assessment is an important step in the inspection of the roof. This involves examining the roof for potential hazards, such as faulty construction, worn materials or lack of maintenance. Once these hazards have been identified, a catalogue of measures can be drawn up to eliminate or minimise them.

A catalogue of measures includes a list of steps to be taken to improve roof safety. This may involve replacing damaged materials, repairing structures, or carrying out missing maintenance.
As part of this, we also look at energy efficient solutions by improving roof insulation or using sustainable technologies. Our many years of experience make us your specialist for planning, coordinating, and implementing these measures.

Based on the AGI (German’s Industrial Building Consortium) worksheet B13, you receive a fully comprehensive package for roof safety. Our managing director, Mr Karlheinz Härle, is active in the “Arbeitsgemeinschaft Industriebau e.V.” (AGI) in the industrial roofs working group and is committed to the development and creation of this worksheet.
